Good to know¶
- To quiet a noisy silo without losing it, set it to Mentions & keywords only or Mute. You stay in the conversation and can still read it any time — you just stop getting pinged.
- Mentions & keywords only still alerts you when it matters. If someone @mentions you directly, you'll know, even in a muted-feeling silo.
- A per-conversation setting overrides your app-wide default. So one loud silo can be muted while everything else follows your usual notification settings.
- If no notifications arrive from any conversation, this per-silo setting isn't the cause — that's usually a device or app issue. See Notifications aren't arriving.
