How to buy a Dedicated Server

How to get started with a Letro Dedicated Server for your organization, from first contact through to a provisioned environment.

Before you start

A Dedicated Server is an organizational purchase, not an in-app upgrade an individual user turns on. Typically it's arranged by whoever owns IT, security, or compliance decisions for your company. Have a rough idea of:

  • Which jurisdiction you need your data hosted in (for example EU, Switzerland, or Germany) to meet your compliance rules.
  • How many people will use it, and who will administer it.
  • Any external-communication needs (clients, partners) you want to support through managed guest access.

How to get started

  1. Contact Letro to express interest and share your requirements. You can reach Letro via letro.com or [email protected].
  2. Talk through your needs — data-residency jurisdiction, user count, governance and device-trust requirements, and how you'll handle external contacts.
  3. Agree on your plan and region, then Letro provisions your dedicated environment on AWS or a European cloud provider in the jurisdiction you chose.
  4. Onboard your organization — set up administrators, invite users, and configure access. Continue in Set up & administer your Dedicated Server.

Good to know

  • Region is chosen at setup, and matters. Your data-residency jurisdiction is decided when your environment is provisioned. Pick it against your compliance obligations — see Set up & administer your Dedicated Server.
