Favourites & low priority¶
Mark a conversation as a Favourite to keep it near the top, or as Low priority to move it down and out of the way.
On Web & Desktop¶
- In your conversation list, right-click the conversation you want to change.
- To pin it, choose Favourite. The conversation moves into a Favourites group at the top of your list.
- To move it down instead, choose Low priority. The conversation drops to the bottom of your list.
- To undo either one, right-click the conversation again and choose the same option to switch it off.
On iOS¶
- In your conversation list, press and hold the conversation you want to change.
- To pin it, tap Favourite. The conversation moves into a Favourites group at the top of your list.
- To move it down instead, tap Low priority. The conversation drops to the bottom of your list.
- To undo either one, press and hold the conversation again and tap the same option to switch it off.
On Android¶
- In your conversation list, long-press the conversation you want to change.
- To pin it, tap Favourite. The conversation moves into a Favourites group at the top of your list.
- To move it down instead, tap Low priority. The conversation drops to the bottom of your list.
- To undo either one, long-press the conversation again and tap the same option to switch it off.
Good to know¶
- Favourite and Low priority are personal to you. They change only how your own list looks, not anyone else's.
- A conversation can be a Favourite or Low priority, not both. Choosing one clears the other.
- Combine these with filters to find things fast. Favourites has its own filter, so you can show only your pinned conversations in one tap. See Filter your conversations.
