Favourites & low priority

  4. To undo either one, right-click the conversation again and choose the same option to switch it off.

Good to know

  • Favourite and Low priority are personal to you. They change only how your own list looks, not anyone else's.
  • A conversation can be a Favourite or Low priority, not both. Choosing one clears the other.
  • Combine these with filters to find things fast. Favourites has its own filter, so you can show only your pinned conversations in one tap. See Filter your conversations.
