Good to know

  • The shared-content lists pull together everything posted in the silo, so it's the fastest way to find a document or photo from weeks ago without scrolling the whole conversation.
  • What you can change here depends on your role. Anyone can view people and shared content; editing the silo's name, topic, or permissions is limited to admins and moderators.
  • Shared files stay end-to-end encrypted. Only members of the silo can open them.
  • In a direct (one-to-one) chat, the info panel shows the other person's details and your shared files rather than a member list.
